Do you accept debit or credit cards?
For in-store pickup or delivery orders, we accept cash and debit cards. Debit has a $3.00 processing fee. We do not accept credit cards.
We are currently beta testing digital payments through Alt Thirty Six for delivery orders. Alt Thirty Six is a cashless, digital payment option that will allow you to prepay for your order without any fees. You pay with funds straight from your bank account, similar to Venmo. Sign up using this link, to receive $10 of credit when you create an account and link your bank account to pay. For more info on Alt36, please check out their FAQ page.
When is payment collected?
Cash and debit cards are collected at the time of delivery. Alt Thirty Six will allow you to prepay for your order.
Do you save my payment information?
No. Your payment information is not saved on our servers. The same goes with Alt Thirty Six, we do not have access to your information.
Can I split the amount between debit and cash?
Unfortunately, splitting the amount is not available at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Pick Up Orders
Is your store open for walk-ins?
Yes, we are open for walk-ins. Due to COVID-19, you must have a mask on to enter our store.
Can I place an online order and pickup at the store?
Yes, we offer pickup orders. By placing an order online for pickup, you’ll be able to skip the line. Please let the security guard know at the time of your arrival and they will show you where to go.
Do you have any discounts or specials?
We regularly run specials and promos on select items. Our deals change frequently, please check our calendar for the latest updates.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we provide delivery to San Francisco, Daly City, Broadmoor, Colma, South SF, Brisbane, San Bruno, San Millbrae, Burlingame, Pacifica, San Mateo, Foster City, Belmont, Redwood City and San Carlos. Please see below for order minimums by area and estimated delivery times.
What are your delivery hours?
Delivery is open from 9am-9pm daily. Our online ordering system starts taking orders @ 8am, with deliveries starting @ 9am. Please see below for available hours by area. Orders must be received 30 minutes before the cutoff time for same day delivery.
How can I track my delivery order?
Once we have assigned your order to one of our delivery drivers, you’ll receive a text/SMS notification that will allow you to follow the driver’s route to your destination. You’ll receive two other notifications before the driver arrives.
Please ensure that your phone number associated with your account is a mobile number, as we will be sending you text updates regarding your delivery.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final with the exception of defective products. Exchanges for defective products must be made within 3 days of purchase.
Please bring original packaging with defective product. Your receipt is also required if you’re not a member.
Per California cannabis law, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on flower.
